Swedish / Relaxation Massage
Swedish / Relaxation massage is the perfect choice when you wish to unwind and sink into a deep state of superb relaxation. Swedish massage incorporates a variety of strokes; however, it is perhaps best known for its kneading and long, flowing strokes. This wonderful, gentle massage will deeply relax you, ease muscle soreness, and help encourage better circulation.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy is an ancient healing art, which combines massage with the use of pure essential oils. These essential oils are distilled from various plants, flowers, leaves, seeds, roots, herbs, and trees; each of which have different therapeutic healing properties.
Through the medium of a gentle, soothing, relaxing massage, the oils are absorbed through the skin and into the body to do their balancing and healing work.
Each client is treated with an individual blend of oils, custom-made for their particular needs and skin type at that session.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage uses slower, deeper strokes, and less lubricating oils than Swedish massage. Often the forearms, elbows, and or knuckles are the therapists “tools of choice” when doing Deep Tissue work. We use careful palpation to assess your problem areas, then release those areas within the muscle tissue where adhesions and excess tension reside. Maximum session length for Deep Tissue massage is 60 minutes.

Neck, Back & Shoulder Treatment
Enjoy this fabulous session aimed specifically at reducing tension, pain and stiffness in the neck, back and shoulders.
Warm, penetrating herbal hot packs are placed on these areas to encourage circulation and muscle relaxation before
your massage begins. Then feel the tension disappear as we massage away stubborn knots and tightness in your
neck, back, and shoulders.

Myofascial Release ©
Myofascial Release© is a gentle, careful, and very effective type of deep tissue work, which uses little or no lubricating oils. The primary strokes utilized are deep but gentle, slow, passive stretching strokes, in areas of adhesions and myofascial restrictions. These stretches are held for up to two minutes per area, until the tissue is felt to soften and/ or lengthen as desired. Myofascial Release© work is generally given in a series of sessions to achieve the greatest change in your soft tissue.
